We do understand the buying process can be daunting and scary, and professionals serve as intermediaries for good reason. 

Because of the importance of brokering in important transactions, we are always open to negotiating a seller's broker's commission. Although our norm is to set a 3% commission, we do review every case separately and independently from any and all prior transactions.

mls listings

As we are not brokers ourselves, and we do not use intermediaries in our transactions, we do not list our properties regularly on the MLS.  Ergo, our sales are FSBO.

promoting our properties

We do not give exclusivity to any intermediary or third party with respect to our property. If you are interested in promoting or socializing our properties, you shall do so at your own risk.

Although we do accept commissions, we are not exclusive in regards to our sales channels.
